Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. Our work inspires, equips and advocates for a new generation of industry leadership, in which women and men serve as investment professionals and executives, equal in achievement and impact.

Reaching more women already in finance or those entering the field, strengthens our mission — we’re here to empower women and see more in investment and executive leadership roles by 2040.

Partners and Supporters

Generous grant donors like Dr. Dambisa Moyo have made it possible for 100WF to explore countries like Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa as potential new locations for our organization and to produce programming focused on both the region and African women in finance.

We have also partnered with United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) to further support the empowerment of women in regions of Africa by jointly reaching out to female financial leaders and working to provide young women, globally, with access to mentorship, membership in 100WF, and role models of successful female leaders in finance.

“I am truly excited about the opportunity to support the work of 100 Women in Finance and their efforts to make sure every background and culture is empowered to lead and to serve in the investment industry.

Finance has been a defining element of my life working for Goldman Sachs, the World Bank and serving on the board of Barclays. I have always been especially interested in the power of financial literacy and in the financial industry as an engine for growth and global development.”

“We are very pleased to partner with 100WF, which shares our goal of empowering women around the world … Having worked in finance myself, I know the value of professional networks, peer support, mentorship and role models for young women early in their careers.”
